“ I haven't been to KFC in years but tonight it just sounded good. I ordered online for a pickup about 90 minutes later. Food was ready and waiting when I arrived. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I always check my to go orders no matter where they are from, so I checked the bag and made sure I got all my sides and the extra biscuits I ordered. Everything seemed ok, so I went home. I did find something missing and I called about it immediately. They were very apologetic and offered to replace the missing items whenever I wanted to come in. I said I'd be back in a few minutes to retrieve them. I wasn't angry - after all I'd checked the order myself before leaving. And I can't name any fast food place that hasn't messed up my order occasionally. They replaced my items with a smile, another apology and even some extra chicken. The food was great, the people nice and I went away happy. If I had read some of these other reviews I might not have gone there - but I think people who are angry are usually the ones who leave reviews. And a lot of people seem to be angry these days. Everybody makes mistakes - no place messes up your orders on purpose. So don't let some of these reviews keep you away from the delicious chicken! I'd forgotten how good it is! ”

“ I came here today and got two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuit was warm. It was not overpriced and it wasn't over salty. The chicken meat was juicy. It was perfect. I have nothing more to say it doesn't get better than this I was very impressed. I'm usually disappointed because usually the skin is soggy or undercooked, but it looks like they've sold that problem, so I will definitely be back here ”
